FamilyTime Year End Review – Our 2018 was amazing, 2019 will be even better!

First of all, I would like to thank each and every FamilyTime parent for your continued support and want you to know all our growth wouldn’t be possible without you.

A new year is coming up so it’s about time we all reflect on the past year and remember all the things that made this year so amazing. We made some major announcements, had some breakthrough moments, and received some critical acclaim; we had a lot going on! Here’s a list of all we got done this year.

The internet is now safer for your children

We launched our much-awaited internet filtering features this year and parents absolutely loved it. Now parents can set up SafeSearch to stop any bad searches and ban specific content with content filtering.

The Android parent app got a facelift

To improve your user experience and give you more flexibility, we did a whole new user interface that makes the app much easier to navigate and puts even more control at your fingertips.

The whole app is healthier and easier to use

With constant bug killing and upgrading, we made sure we stayed on top of any issues this year and as a result, the whole app works much smoother and is way easier to use for parents.

Parents now have live help at their fingertips

Parents can now get live chat help or open support tickets right from their parent app. Help and support are now always easy to get to.

Alerts are more helpful

This year we also introduced interactive alert screens to the app that make the alerts more helpful and let you respond more conveniently.

Uninstallation protection is active

With uninstallation protection, children with the Android version of FamilyTime cannot uninstall the app even if they want to.

The feedback has been very encouraging

We always love to hear from our FamilyTime parents and this year the feedback has been overwhelming and very encouraging. Parents loved the new features and added control we added to the app this year.

2019 has a lot to look forward to

I am really excited for 2019 as is the whole team here at FamilyTime. We have a lot of cooking behind the scenes and can’t wait to start testing all the exciting new features we have in store for you. With your support and feedback, we strive to keep making FamilyTime better with each passing year.
